Shipping Policy

Due to the COVID-19 Global Pandemic we expect deliveries to take longer than usual.

Due to Brexit, there may be extended shipping delays to customers in the United Kingdom.

 

In order to allow our customers to access quality products at an affordable price, we have to tolerate longer shipping times than other retailers. We aim to get all orders to our customers within 7-21 days of ordering, but accept that delivery times could be as long as 40 days after ordering in worst case scenarios. Usually we operate a 21 day maximum purchase-to-arrival goal.

           


Return & Exchange Policy

If you are unsatisfied with your products for whatever reason: due to sizing errors, they are no longer required, or there are any manufacturing defects then we can offer a full refund, or exchange, for your product(s) up to 30 days from the date of purchase.

 

Due to the COVID-19 Global Pandemic and consequently extended shipping times, we have extended our returns and exchange policy to cover 40 days after the date of purchase.

If for whatever reason you would like to return your product(s) please visit the Contact page on our website and fill out the form with the subject heading 'Return' or 'Exchange' respectively. Please note that a valid store receipt and order number is required to open a return or exchange case with us.
